Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Appointments Appointments can be made in person, over the phone, or online. A valid contact number or email is required to confirm bookings. Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for check-in and consultation. 2. Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to our therapists and other clients: 12 hours or more before session: No charge. Between 12 and 2 hours before session: 50% of the session price will be charged. Less than 2 hours before session: 100% of the session price will be charged. Cancellations can be made by phone, email, or online. Charges will be applied to your account or deducted from any prepaid packages or vouchers. 3. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee will still apply. 4. Health & Safety Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before your session. If you are feeling unwell (e.g., fever, flu symptoms), we may ask you to reschedule. 5. Payment Payment is due at the end of your session unless prepaid. We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. 6. Right to Refuse Service We maintain a professional, safe, and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund and may be reported to authorities.
